The Copyright First Responders (CFR) training was created by Kyle K. Courtney, Copyright Advisor, at Harvard Library. Since 2014, the CFR program has extended from its origins at Harvard Library to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Oregon, Washington, and Rhode Island.
